Tina started in September 2005 and quickly became the go-to person for all cat related questions. Before working at Animal Crackers, she was a veterinary technician in Corvallis for 8 years, did raptor rehabilitation, worked at a boarding kennel, and helped out on a goat dairy farm. Her unwavering passion for animals makes her the perfect person to handle all of the cat adoptions for the store. She currently shares her home with a sweet Basset Hound named Buttercup, a tiny Chihuahua mix named Macy, a red-lored parrot named Billy Bob Amazon, and 13 sweet kitties (Apollo James, Mizuna, Eddie, Monty, Simon, Louie, Katie, Sabbie, Tulip O’Shea, Violet, Lilly McFadden, Tika, and Sable)! When she isn’t working, she can be found in a greenhouse surrounded by succulents.
Dana joined the team in March 2013 and has been making the store beautiful ever since! She graduated from OSU with a wildlife science degree and absolutely loves to be outdoors! She takes every opportunity to go hiking, camping, or beach combing, and she is a very skilled beader! Her fur-family includes a pup named Buddah, 2 cats (Gypsy and Mithril), and 2 hens (Ebony & Frieda).
Nicole started working at Animal Crackers in November 2016. Her love for animals started during her childhood. She grew up with cats, hamsters, dogs, fish, lizards, goats, geese, and more! Nicole currently has 3 amazing dogs; 2 American Pit Bull Terriers (Bugsy and Strider) and 1 beautiful mutt (Kuna). Her favorite part of having her sweet boys, is how they have changed the way her neighbors, friends, and family viewed bully breeds. Nicole is a huge advocate for American Pit Bull Terriers and it shows in the way she raises loving, well socialized dogs.
Meg joined the Animal Crackers team in October 2018. She’s been an animal lover her entire life and has always known she wanted to work with animals when she was older. She’s had the opportunity to care for a variety of animals throughout her life, including the residents of the Trevor Zoo in Millbrook, NY. She has been in the animal care industry since 2017, when she started working at her local pet store in Pennsylvania after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Vassar College. She hopes to eventually attend vet school and would love to work with either reptiles or small mammals. In the meantime likes to volunteer at Heartland, bake lots of desserts, play Dungeons and Dragons, and cuddle with her two cats, Moose and Bun Bun.
